NoRights Podcast: S2E18 – Drawing Perspective

  • On May 20, 2013 ·

Today’s episode is all about perspective. One point, (tunnel or cone) two point, (corner) three point, (corner and a top or bottom) curvilinear, (4 or 5 point) etc. We discuss elements like the horizon (eye) line and vanishing points.

Tips

Perspective works from any viewpoint – worm’s eye, bird’s eye, upside down.

To find the midpoint on a plane draw an X and use the point where the lines meet – use this to subdivide areas.

Vertical and horizontal help define the area effected by perspective and break up all the grids
